Bagua Silk Reeling Palm has very flowing and beautiful movements. It is a very old set from the mountains in China. The Silk Reeling Palm set allows us to experience ‘change’ in our bodies and in the physical world. It can help reconcile the wisdom we know in our heads with what we can articulate with our bodies.  Movement is initiated by the heart and the three dantians and connects our energy with the natural environment. Chi can be felt, circulated, and developed. The intricate vortexes of Baguazhang are beautiful to experience. Bagua qigong is both martial and medical, helping us ward off opponents as well as diseases. The movements stretch and open our bodies in very healing ways and supercharge our energy.
