Celebrating the Soul of Georgia w/ Candace Apple

In the fall of 1989, I visited our new Sister City, Tbilisi,  Georgia, with my son Rob.  We joined a children’s Peace and Friendship Group, Project Peace Tree to celebrate our connection with the children of Tbilisi.

The beauty of the landscape, the warmth of the people, the delicious food, excellent wine, beautiful art, spectacular dance and heart felt music, has remained in my heart all these years. Before our trip, I shared with the Sister City Delegation a story of Rob growing up with a Teddy Bear who shared with him, a message of Peace and Friendship.  We brought the Peace Dream Bear, filled with 2,000 hugs from the children in Atlanta to the children of Tbilisi.  Join me to share the legend of the Peace Dream Bear and  experience some videos of dance and music of the Soul of Georgia.
